Usage Data. Non-personal details about how you interact with ORA IPTV Player (e.g. features used, playback history, crash reports).

Device Information. Device model, operating system version, app version, and unique, anonymized device identifiers.

To operate, maintain and improve the app’s performance and stability.

To analyze usage patterns and enhance user experience.

To investigate and resolve errors, crashes or support requests.

To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in app analytics or support.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security
   We implement industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
   ORA IPTV Player (“the App”) grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Guidelines.
2. Restrictions
   You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.

Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer your rights to the App.

Use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. No Content Provision
   The App is a standalone media player and does not provide, host or sell any IPTV streams, video or audio content. You are responsible for supplying any valid playlist URLs or media files.
4. Third-Party Services
   The App may enable access to third-party services via URLs you provide. These services are independent; ORA IPTV Player is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
5. Termination
   Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
6. No Warranty
   THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORA IPTV Player SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
